The next pictures are of a lake that had the most perfect mirror image.

On our way to Carcross, Canada in the Yukon Territory.
Rocks piled along the way, used for directions by travelers.
We have seen many on our trip.
Coming into the little town of Carcross
Carcross is a little town that really puts on a show for visitors
The store pictured here is full of old antiques and souvenirs from the Yukon.
They also had great ice cream in the store.
The train from Skagway comes over White Pass and turns around in Carcross.
This gives the tourist a great stop.
When the train comes in it is quite exciting.
Seeing the train takes you back to the Gold Rush Day.
Train coming into the depot
The whole is restored like the old train.
The conductor is also dressed in the old costume.
You can see him on the front of the train talking to the people.
Train in Carcross
Shops and Cafes painted as First Nation People designs.
I really love the designs

I think I need to paint something around my house in Wasilla like these designs.

Like the counter design with the wood end longs

In Whitehorse at the road where Bostjan, our traveler friend, works.

This is where Bostjan works, it is a stone mill, called Sid Rock.
Sid has had this business for about 20 years.
The large pieces of marble were from Prince of Whales Island.
He purchased the marble when he was at the mine at El Capitan about 5 years.
He told us the story of how these pieces are pull out of the ground.
Some of this marble had been used in Anchorage buildings
This book tells all about the minerals on Prince of Whales Island
Pictures of Eagle in a nest in Whitehorse that has a camera on it.
You can watch this Eagle on line on your computer.
